During Normal Business Hours
During normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, Customer Service will answer the phone personally. They are equipped to handle most emergencies, routine matters, or questions.

The answering service will contact the Manager on call to report any emergencies. If it is not an emergency, it will be addressed the next working day.

Maintenance Request
One of our primary objectives is to maintain your community and keep it free from problem situations. If you have a problem, or for general information, please call or email us.

If you are reporting a maintenance problem, please describe the problem and the address closest to the problem. Our Customer Service Representative will dispatch the proper person to remedy the situation.
- For example, if it is a broken water pipe in the common area, the repairman will be dispatched immediately. After inspection and repair, the repairman will report back to Community Management Services.

It is our policy that your problem or questions will be addressed as quickly as possible whether it is an emergency or routine situation.

If you have an emergency that needs immediate attention, please advise Customer Service and it will be addressed immediately.
